Casting call issued for Uniting Conference

Do you want to be part of the Uniting Conference opening worship celebration?

Here is your chance. Rick Sivers, who is directing the celebration, is looking for actors and actresses of all ages to help lead us into the new conference on Satruday, June 19 at the OnCenter in Syracuse.

There are multiple small parts, only a couple of lines each, as well as a few more substantial parts for men and women and youngsters. It would be helpful in some of the scene with more than one person, if persons from the same church took all the parts so they could rehearse together. Scenes move from Biblical times to modern times.

This fast-paced, multiple scene celebration will take place on the Saturday morning and there will be a Friday evening rehearsal at Erwin UMC the evening before for those who can make it.

There is also the need for stage hands to help with set. If you would like to have a part in this landmark celebration, contact Rick Sivers as soon as possible at rsivers@stny.rr.com or by phone at 607-936-6595. Parts will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

I am 62 years old but very young mind, Korean-American UMW(United Methodist Women)from Rochester Korean UMC in Penfield, NY.
Yes~! I want to be part of the Uniting Conference opening worship celebration in this Landmark Celebration.
Because I am visiting Korea and coming back on 6/18, I can't rehearse on Friday but I can do any easy part without fear. You may need 62 years old
Korean-American UMW in it, right???
